Buyers and Sellers are responsible for paying all expenses associated with conducting their respective businesses, whether selling, participating, or buying through Marketplace or accessing the Website.

The Company may at its sole discretion introduce new services and modify some or all of the existing services offered on the Website. In such an event the Company reserves the right to introduce fees for the new services offered or amend/introduce fees for existing services, as the case may be. Changes to the Fee Policy shall be posted on the Website and such changes shall automatically become effective immediately after they are posted on the Website.

Unless otherwise stated, all fees shall be quoted in Indian Rupees. You/ Users shall be solely responsible for compliance of all applicable laws including those in India for making payments to the Company, wherever applicable.

The fees described below as may be specified at Website are inclusive of all applicable taxes.

Subscribing to the Website is free to Buyers and Sellers/ However from time to time the Marketplace may introduce the additional services (“Paid Services”) charged by either one-time non-recurring fee or member subscription fee which is to be announced by Marketplace and additionally specified on the Website.

The Marketplace applies a transaction fee to all transactions within the Website and includes the transaction fee in the total price submitted to the Buyer for consideration.

Unless otherwise agreed by the Company and the Buyer, the resulting price for any purchase is included in the payment from the Buyer to the Seller or the third party for which the Seller is acting as authorized representative or agent.

Accordingly, each Seller acknowledges and agrees that all Marketplace fees are the property of Marketplace and that, as Seller, it will remit to the Company or, all Marketplace fees by the payment due date and that failure to do so will result in relevant Seller being subject to interest payments and other penalties, up to and including collections activity, reporting to credit and other business rating organizations, legal action, and web site access revocation.

Price Adjustments. We may modify our prices at any time or modify which Services are included. If we modify our price for any membership which renews automatically, we will give you notice, either in your account or through other means, of the new prices at least thirty (30) days before the beginning of the renewal term in which the prices will be effective. You agree to the new prices and authorize us to charge you accordingly.

Automatic Renewal. For Paid Services, you agree that we may automatically renew your membership and charge you up to seven days prior to the end of your current membership at the then-current applicable Membership rate, unless you have cancelled your membership, turned off automatic renewal, or automatic renewal is prohibited by the actual applicable law.

LISTING AND SELLING

By listing a product on the Website, every Seller warrants that all such products are legally permitted to be sold. Each Seller further warrants that they shall provide most accurate description of the products to be sold on the Website. Listings may only include text, pictures and other content that the Company may permit from time to time. Sellers may charge reasonable fees for the Professional Services. Sellers may issue promotional codes for promotional purposes only and these are to be used against purchases from the issuing Seller's products only. Promotional codes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money or credit.

All sales on the Website are binding in nature on both the Buyer and Seller.

You agree and acknowledge that the Company is only a facilitator and is not and cannot be a party to or control in any manner any transactions on the Website. Accordingly, the sale of products on the Website shall strictly be a bipartite agreement between you and the Sellers on the Website. The Company does not hold any title, right or interest in the products listed on the Website. We expressly disclaim all obligations and liabilities emanating from an agreement between you and the Sellers on the Website.

You have specifically authorized the Company or its service providers to collect, process, facilitate and remit payments and / or the transaction price electronically to and from other Users in respect of transactions through the payment facility. Your relationship with the Company is on a principal to principal basis and by accepting these Terms of Use you agree that the Company is an independent contractor for all purposes, and does not have control of or liability for the products or Professional Services that are listed on the Website that are paid for by using the payment facility.
